Job Summary
A mobile software and services company is in need of a Telecommute Security Software Professional Services Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating and problem resolving issues related to orders, projects and other department needs
- Collaborating with internal OpenAir Business Analyst to test new features and system maintenance
- Successfully setting up and managing all new projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend meetings as needed
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Basic understanding of GAAP as it relates revenue recognition
- Experience with PSA tools such as OpenAir, etc
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, etc
- Experience with communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet, etc
