Job Summary
A risk management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Security Software Sales Customer Advocacy Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Mentoring and growing a smaller sales team ensuring high close-win rates and a high quality customer experience
- Achieving company objectives and overseeing the sales team to ensure company targets and standards are met
- Setting objectives, training, motivating, and advising a small team of sales representatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years as an individual sales contributor with track record of success and development of consultative sales skills
- 2+ years as a manager / lead of software sales professionals, formally or otherwise
- A working understanding of compliance and risk functions is a plus
- Understanding of inbound marketing
- Adapt to the client’s journey considering their company’s culture, level of executive support, as-is state, budget, etc
