Job Summary

A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Senior Account Director in the Los Angeles Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving business development and growth of assigned account
• Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
• Owning overall client satisfaction and the continuing growth and evolution of the clients

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business
• 8-10 years of client services/account management in a direct marketing agency or a combination of agency/client side
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-million dollar accounts with strategy, analytics, digital and creative components
• Solid understanding of all key channels (e-mail, Web, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Search, Display, etc)
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs
