Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Account Manager in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Enhancing relationships with existing strategic customers
- Enabling customers to optimize the use of software and services
- Working directly with the IT development team on key enhancements to software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 25% travel
- 5+ years customer service experience
- 5+ years of successful account management/customer service expertise within healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
