Job Summary
A business software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Account Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Create and execute a strategic account plan for each customer account
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs around meetings, events, and opportunity generation
- Develop knowledge of the grocery industry and in particular the online grocery ecosystem
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Availability to travel as needed (when safe to do so)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
- Solid sales experience in account management and B2B sales environment
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
