Job Summary

A business software developer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Account Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and execute a strategic account plan for each customer account
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs around meetings, events, and opportunity generation
  • Develop knowledge of the grocery industry and in particular the online grocery ecosystem

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Availability to travel as needed (when safe to do so)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
  • Solid sales experience in account management and B2B sales environment
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
