Job Summary
A privately-held data and analytics firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Account Manager in Hamilton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain customer engagement and satisfaction for existing clients
- Provide complete account management services
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow current customers by selling them additional products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of sales and/or account management experience
- Proven business-to-business (B2B) communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work flow in a high-volume transactional environment
- Ability to proactively contact renewing contracts with courtesy call and email to ensure continued customer satisfaction and account renewal
- Ability to attain all KPI requirements designed to improve account retention and maintenance; including: contact rate, save, renewal and retention ratios
