Telecommute Senior Accountant

Job Summary

An e-commerce technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing, improving and documenting accounting policies/procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Executing monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries, account analyses & reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Performing analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget

Qualifications Include:

• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, bill.com, payroll systems, expense report systems, and CRM
• Experience in implementation of accounting policies/processes & memos & ability to understand & adopt Accounting Codifications
