Job Summary

A deals and savings website company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
  • Managing the monthly expense reporting for the organization
  • Supporting the Head of Finance in the execution of all aspects of accounting and the financial reporting processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience with privately held and profitable companies
  • Contract Management Experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), LLC/SCorp business practices
  • Have working knowledge and experience with Mac computers, Quickbooks Online and Desktop, Salesforce, etc
  • Advanced skills with Excel
  • Can explain nuanced financial terms in digestible ways and have an aptitude for leadership
