Job Summary
An IT infrastructure and information management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Accounts Payable Accountant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring proper coding and validation of invoices processed in our system
- Preparing journal entries and reconcile multiple company credit cards
- Reviewing and booking monthly T&E accrual journal entries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable or related accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proactively manage own work streams as needed
