Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Actuarial Consultant in Eden Prairie.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze pricing and risk assumptions
  • Develop new rates, prepare cost estimates and conduct and evaluate studies on pricing, utilization and health care costs for our broad range of clients
  • Research, study, and compare existing business trends to macro internal and external trends

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of actuary experience
  • On Actuarial exam track, having passed a minimum of 4 or more Actuarial exams
  • 4+ years of Actuarial experience
  • Expertise working with formulas, calculations, charts, graphs in MS Excel
  • At least a basic level of proficiency with SAS and/or SQL
  • Ability to design and run complex data programs
