Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Advanced Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing remote technical, to field engineers and customer end users
- Performing research or collects information on specific technical hardware/software related issues
- Creating and reviewing knowledge base for technical solutions, revised processes, and technical documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience providing onsite and remote services for a specific OEM product group
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to understand and navigate technical situations with strong problem-solving skills
