Job Summary
A Workday services and consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Senior AMS HCM Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate, troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution
- Analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution
- Interface with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (MIS, CS, HR, Accounting..)
- 1-3 years of technical support/functional experience/training in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations
- Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical support
- Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
- Workday experience and/or interest in Workday talent
- All other requirements necessary for this position
