Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Analytics Performance Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating standard reports and conducting adhoc analyses
- Working directly with business leaders to continuously track and improve the performance of Payment Integrity analytics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience working with medical claims data, retrieving data from large, complex databases
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or 3+ years working in a quantitative or reporting centric role
- Experience performing quality assessment on code written by other analyst
- Track record of designing, building and maintaining standard reports in tools such as Tableau
- Proficient accessing and retrieving data from traditional RDBMs and cloud data repositories
