Job Summary

A road trip planning software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Android Engineer and Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and developing new features for a native iOS app using Objective-C and Swift or a native Android app using Java and Kotlin
  • Writing software to solve business problems
  • Helping provide growth opportunities and feedback to team members

Qualifications Include:

  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience developing for iOS or Android
  • Ability to work as a self-guided team member or project team leader
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Objective-C and Swift or Java and Kotlin, geospatial data, and scaling highly available web services
