Job Summary

A financial products and services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Application Client Communication Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer client inquires, research and troubleshoot, solving complex client problems and raise to the appropriate group
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the issues unique to assigned clients
• Create clear and detailed documentation for Clients, Development, Professional Services and Management

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel (10-15%) upon request required
• High School Graduate required, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
• Minimum three years work-related experience required, preferably in the credit industry
• Strong experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• Knowledge of and experience working with the credit processing platform, VisionPlus, is a very big plus
