A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Application Security Consultant in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Focusing on challenging projects and solving complex problems
- Performing assessments, communicating with clients, and delivering comprehensive reports
- Leaading engagements and share your knowledge and experience with junior members of the team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience with reviewing source code written in JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, PHP, or C#
- Proficiency in Information Security tools and an ability to write code to solve problems during testing
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and when to creatively deviate from structured processes
- Deep understanding of a broad range of application security issues as well as their mitigation strategies
