A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Associate Counsel in San Jose.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the case load of the firm’s busy real estate and construction litigation practice
- Preparing and arguing law and motion
- Attending court appearances and depositions
Position Requirements Include:
- Participating in professional networking events, local industry and Bar associations, and speaking engagements
- 5+ years of practice experience handling mechanics liens, stop notices, surety and payment bond claims
- Any other applicable experience
