A full service IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Associate Customer Support Representative in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Researching customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Answering telephones and responds to highly complex customer questions
  • Processing requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Six or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
