A full service IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Associate Customer Support Representative in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Researching customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Answering telephones and responds to highly complex customer questions
- Processing requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Six or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
