An organization that offers several leadership development trainings is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Associate Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and providing direct support to clients to initiate and conduct successful DEI initiatives
- Conducting organizational assessments to identify the organizations’ needs and plan services
- Assisting with leadership training
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- On-site training and consultation
- Skills and experience in consulting, coaching, and training clients on DEI
