Job Summary
A web development company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Back End Developer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building sites in both Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 in a modern development environment
- Doing strategic, whole-brain planning for Drupal projects and translate client requirements
- Writing PHP and troubleshooting MySQL and server-side code issues in Drupal 8 development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Available to work at least 10 hours/week, with some availability between 9am and 5pm Eastern
- Expert knowledge of sitebuilding in Drupal 7 and 8 using top contributed modules
- Advanced ability to vet, choose, and configure Drupal 8 core and Drupal 8 modules
- Subject matter expertise in Drupal and general web development best practices
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Experience using Git, on the command line or via a GUI
