Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior Back End Software Engineer in Salt Lake City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting the tech stack in Unix/Linux and RabbitMQ
  • Assisting with core Java and C programming
  • Utilizing MySQL and ElasticSearch

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work several days/week remotely
  • Between 5 - 10 + years of Software Engineering experience in either C or Java
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in computer science)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch
  • Experience working in an AWS Cloud Engineering environment
  • Well versed in Unix/Linux
