Job Summary
An internet search company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Backend Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Implement and/or create algorithms to improve the content we present on the SERP
- Take responsibility for solving product issues
- Lead development of search projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Expect to travel at least 2x a year, once for our all-hands meetup and another for a team retreat
- Expertise working on at least one large application
- Significant backend engineering experience (around 4+ years)
- Can validate and communicate your decisions clearly
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to develop and use complicated data structures and algorithms
