A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Behavioral Health Care Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with coordination of orientation and training activities
- Serving as a resource for staff on routine questions and procedures
- Performing quality audits and partner with manager to review key metrics with team
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience handling member escalations
- Current, independent unrestricted license
- Provided OJT support for onboarding new hires
- Helped to create job aids and/or leading member line trainings
- Ability to navigate multiple proprietary software applications; typing proficiency
- Clinically licensed Masters-level mental health professional, licensed Ph.D, or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
