Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Behavioral Health Wellness Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Perform assessments via phone with behavioral health providers or based on electronically submitted information
• Provide coverage to an inbound call queue
• Make outbound calls to members who are diagnosed with Behavioral Health needs

Qualifications Include:

• 1 years of customer service work over the phone
• 1 years of experience working in a Medical/Behavioral setting experience
• High school diploma or GED or higher
• 1 years of experience with MS Office applications
