Job Summary
A veterinary hospitals company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Benefits Partner Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as Benefits Administrator for all health, retirement, and leave plans
- Ensuring organizational compliance with Federal and State regulations and contract requirements
- Taking appropriate actions to direct or solve escalated benefit issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of benefit plan administration
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FMLA requirements and experience
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Effective time management to complete operational tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with accounting fundamentals
