Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Benefits Transformation Product Owner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Contributing to business case development and cost benefit analysis
  • Ensuring IT delivery roadmap is aligned to the Strategic 1-2 year product roadmap
  • Designing and adjusting product and adoption KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success in progressive delivery of complex technical projects
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Proven understanding of product management lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience in developing and understanding digital technology roadmaps
  • Experience in negotiation and persuasion skills
