Job Summary
An IT company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Bid and Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Working closely with sales in the development and management of bid budgets
- Managing large virtual teams formed with internationally located members
- Organizing bid logistics, including the management approval process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10+ years of experience working in a Bid & Engagement Manager role
- A formal, 4-year Business degree (BS or BA Bachelor Degree is preferred)
- Experience leading and motivating one or more teams in a pressured work environment
- Experienced in relevant legal aspects (e.g. terms of conditions, penalty systems)
- Strong project management experience
