Job Summary
A point-of-sale solutions to small businesses has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Russian Senior Legal Compliance Counsel.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and filing of appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies
- Collaborating with other departments and external counsel to direct compliance issues for investigation and resolution
- Working on ad hoc projects as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Law degree
- International in-house or private practice experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience working for or advising Russian-based companies from outside of Russia
- Experience with Legal Compliance
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Russian
