Job Summary
A recruitment solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Bilingual Spanish and English Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and obtain information about potential candidates
- Attend and/or lead intake sessions
- Contact jobseekers or potential candidates using verbal and other communication methods
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume talent sourcing
- Experience recruiting for Exempt and Non-Exempt roles
- Availability to flex working to cover all time zones as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
