A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Business Analysis Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing day-to-day activities of Business Intelligence analysts
- Overseeing the design, execution and evaluation of rigorous test plans
- Conducting peer reviews to ensure standards and best practices are followed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years’ experience successful use of analytic thinking
- 10+ years’ successful application of process-driven analysis skills and requirements elicitation
- 5+ years’ experience in a management position with direct oversight of a team
- Strong analytical & quantitative skills, ability to “investigate” data
