A major healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and determining root causes for Health Care Customer experience insights, analytics, and metrics
- Delivering high-quality insights under time pressure
- Correctly identifying and appropriately escalating non-standard requests and situations
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations and analyses Communications, Marketing, Advertising
- 2+ years of Consumer/Retail/Marketing/Finance industry experience
- 2+ years of professional communication/writing and editing experience
- Must have applied statistical, mathematical & NPS experience
- A portfolio of related work experience
