Job Summary
A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Business Analyst in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting interviews and performing analysis to create business use cases
- Planning and conducting end-user feedback sessions
- Developing, implementing, and testing documentation to assist end-users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Experience conducting interviews, user feedback sessions, UAT testing and pilots
