Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Business Intelligence Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Serving as an analytics thought leader, working with Program leaders and digital product strategists
Making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues
Exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelor's and 5 or more years of experience in data analysis OR Master's and 3 or more years of experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency in SQL for Hadoop for data query and exploration
Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Advanced experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems
