Job Summary

A talent management solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Business Intelligence Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting and support of the enterprise reporting and analytics platform
  • Designing, constructing, testing, and implementing reporting, visualization, and dashboard processes
  • Maintaining business partner engagement and setting expectations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  • Very strong technical and database skills (i.e., SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of concepts of data warehousing and statistics
  • At least 3 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies with minimal supervision
