Job Summary

An insurance services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Business Process Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the development of policies and procedures for the business to ensure consistent implementation
  • Working with technical SMEs to provide complex analysis and decision support to business to deliver on key business priorities
  • Defining process performance measures determines data availability advises operational reporting group of required measures

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
  • Typically a minimum of seven years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as understanding of the company's products services goals and objectives
  • Proven business process modeling and analysis skills
  • Excellent analytical organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency to facilitate meetings of high complexity
