Job Summary
A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Business Process Scrum Master in the Detroit Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
- Strongly leading and supporting the Product Owner and Implementation Teams
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 25-50% travel to Detroit MI
- Experience leading the team as the Scrum Master for at least one year for a software implementation team or development team
- First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
- Ability to facilitate Sprint 0 and agile planning in a complex environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
