Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting while maintaining excellent candidate experience
- Building a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
- Creating meaningful relationships with hiring managers and consistently collaborate on internal hiring needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Proficient with managing the full recruiting process from sourcing to closing
- Proven ability to manage and close candidates at every career-level
- Proficient with boolean searches: you know how to use the internet to your advantage
- Established trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
