A financial technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Business Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning hiring processes and procedures, participating in employer branding, and interview training
- Developing strategic and effective relationships with hiring managers
- Understanding blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investor
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing company with a high bar for talent
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and closing Senior level candidates across multiple business functions
- The ability to be an exceptional storyteller
- A desire to train and mentor junior team members
- Comfort working with recruiting data and a deep understanding of what a healthy recruiting funnel looks like
