Job Summary
A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Business Segment Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding clinical program stakeholders through the process of creating a clear statement of business needs
- Keeping stakeholders informed as to roadmap plans and changes to timing of key deliverables
- Communicating issue remediation status to stakeholders that effectively details planned enhancements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/health insurance
- 3+ years of business analysis and/or healthcare analytics experience
- 3+ years of account management, customer/client management, client reporting, or engagement management
- Experience working with cross functional teams building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- All other requirements necessary for this position
