Job Summary
A major healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the lifecycle of new, existing or acquisition capabilities
- Reviewing product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes
- Working with internal and external business constituents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in IT analyst roles, as a business analyst or business systems analyst
- 3+ years as a SME in the area of contact center technology
- Experience with business consulting in the area of technology
- Experience using communication skills that are tailored to audiences appropriately
