Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Care Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Obtaining and analyzing practice specific cost and quality data and reports
• Serving as the point of contact for providers and primary care practices for program on boarding

Required Skills:

• Telecommute option but responsibility will be the New Hampshire territory
• BA/BS; or combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
• 5-10 years health care experience
• Health care consulting, clinical experience
