Job Summary
A senior care resource website is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Care Family Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Speaking with 20+ families per day that are highly motivated to find care for their loved ones
- Actively listening, assessing information quickly and asking relevant follow-up questions to find solutions
- Problem solving to overcome obstacles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Be able to attend two-week training, one-week in-home via video conference and one week on-site,
- Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptionally well-spoken
- Basic computer literacy, including email and CRM usage
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
