Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Carrier Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining close, long term business relationships with multiple carriers
- Working with the call center on process issues and improvements
- Assuring timely and successful resolution of internal and customer inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel if needed
- College degree
- At least 5 years’ experience working on projects that provided exposure to technical issues
- Project management skills required to monitor projects and keep them on track
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in the Healthcare industry and Health Care Reform knowledge
