Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Carrier Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining close, long term business relationships with multiple carriers
  • Working with the call center on process issues and improvements
  • Assuring timely and successful resolution of internal and customer inquiries

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel if needed
  • College degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience working on projects that provided exposure to technical issues
  • Project management skills required to monitor projects and keep them on track
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare industry and Health Care Reform knowledge
