Job Summary
A chocolate manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Chocolate Manufacturing Project Management Office Tool Clarity Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production
- Monitor Clarity PPM Integrations, Jobs and Processes (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Use, create, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Qualifications Include:
- Experience and knowledge in PPM Tool software system administration and support
- Experience with various system development lifecycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Strong ability to translate issues communicated from a functional perspective into an appropriate technical response
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
- Ability to generate and implement creative solutions independently
