A well-known healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Claims Configuration Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Presenting and evaluating design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
- Conducting Configuration Design
- Participating in quality assurance and testing within health plan configuration system
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be willing and able to travel to MN 25% of the time for meetings and training
- 3 + years Benefit, Claim and/or Enrollment configuration experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 + years healthcare and/or health insurance experience
- 3 + years of experience identifying patterns within quantitative data, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions and approaches; skilled with end-to-end issue resolution
- Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
