Job Summary

A leading global technology provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Client Care Technical Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing detailed analysis of issues received from clients
  • Supporting our clients utilizing our products and services
  • Utilizing SQL or Logic to analyze client data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel alone or as part of a team
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in financial industry field
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Past experience in an analytical and customer facing role
  • Must be able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents
  • Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application experience & Microsoft SQL Server experience
