Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Client Relations Specialist in Kansas City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate feedback and suggestions to the team
- Understand and drive customer to ensure client retention and growth
- Align multiple internal functions and work across levels and functions within our accounts to maximize the value
Qualifications Include:
- College Degree
- 2-4 years Customer Success/Account Management/Customer Support or similar experience
- Experience managing Enterprise Customers in a SAAS startup setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer- and tech-savvy
