Job Summary
A media company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Client Services Director in Los Angeles.
Must be able to:
- In collaboration with the VP of Sales, advise and engage on client pricing, benchmarks, and upsell strategies
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across the AD+ Team; including Sales, Conference Operations
- Track and monitor team professional development and job progress including milestones and promotion timelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: 20% travel within U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of management experience
- 10+ years of Customer-facing experience at a media agency and/or publisher, managing digital advertising strategy for a portfolio of brands
- Proven experience delivering engaging, on-brand campaigns across digital, social, and experiential
- Strong eye for design/copy, and skilled at aligning the Blavity brand with the Customer brand
