Job Summary
A risk management firm is in need of a Telecommute Senior Client Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and maintenance of client Oracle or SailPoint IAM environments
- Reviewing and responding to client support requests on covered Oracle or SailPoint IAM solution components
- Providing weekly status reports to the client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Excellent communications skills and ability to multi-task between clients
- Ability to set priorities and self-manage
- Unix / Linux troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Web servers, particularly OHS and Apache
- Familiarity with JEE application servers, particularly Weblogic and Tomcat
