Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Senior Clinical Performance Consulting Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and plan the execution of the overall engagement
  • Supervise, mentor and coach staff members assigned to project teams
  • Support sales efforts and identify opportunities for upsell and new client prospects

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to travel
  • 7 years minimum relevant work experience
  • Experience working in an Operating Room/ Perioperative Services leadership position
  • Experience working with care management, clinical and quality improvements, etc
  • Knowledge of various clinical areas including; Emergency Services, Case Management, etc
  • Experience managing complex project budgets and timelines
